A photography session should be a special experience, one that feels customized to you and FUN! I strive to give my very best in capturing your personality and energy in each session. My hope is that you will see my passion for this work in your finished gallery. Each package includes my services during the session, as well as the hours of post-processing, gallery creation, and a number of digital images for download.
Families and Children
The Sapling
$250 (plus tax)
This 20-30 minute "mini-session" is for families who have limited time and need a quick update to their family portraits. Includes 15 digital images.
The Pine
$375 (plus tax)
This is a simple, 30-45 session for families up to 5 people, and includes 25 fully-edited digital images.
The Cedar
$550 (plus tax)
This is the most popular package, with a 60-75 minute session and 35 fully-edited images.
The Redwood
Starting at $750
This deluxe package includes 90-120 minutes of photography, with an option for multiple locations and outfit changes, and a gallery of up to 100 fully-edited images.

FAQ
How do you photograph Families?
I coordinate with families to set up a date and time for the photo session, as well as a location of choice. I familiarize myself with photo locations beforehand and choose best spots based on lighting and background. Families arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled session and I work to efficiently pose family members and move between photo locations during our time together.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Redmond, Washington, U.S.A. I am available for photo sessions in the greater Seattle area. I am willing to travel to out-of-state destinations, and those costs would be negotiated as part of your package.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 6 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You can not only download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
Based on the package you choose, your gallery will include 15 to 150 fully-edited, high resolution images. From this gallery you will be able to download a specific number (usually 25-100, depending on your package) of your favorite images for sharing and prints.
How do I pay?
I ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remainder of payment on the day of the session. I accept PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check (made payable to Ashlie Set Photography).
Can I bring my pet to our shoot?
I love including our special furry friends in photo shoots! I simply ask to be notified at time of booking if the pet will be involved, as it takes additional time and planning. If you include your pet, the minimum required package is the Cedar due to the time and logistics involved.
Do you shoot solely outdoors?
My preference is to shoot outdoors in natural light, but if necessary I can do indoor shoots. I do not have a studio, but can coordinate with you on a location and how to best utilize the space and lighting.
What happens if I'm running late to a session?
It is important to build enough time into your schedule so that we can start your session promptly. I suggest planning to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time, to allow for any last minute wardrobe "fixes" or unexpected circumstances. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session, I will request that we reschedule to a later date and you will forfeit your deposit. I often have multiple clients on the same day and It is very important for me to be punctual for all my sessions.
